Philip Vogel & Co. PC is a Dallas based public accounting and consulting firm. Our firm, founded in 1951 by Philip Vogel, has grown to become one of the largest independent full service firms in the Dallas area. Much of our growth is attributable to our reputation for reliable service and professionalism. Our greatest asset is our employees. Co. PC offers services such as valuations, litigation support, estate

Our office location was selected so employees and clients can easily get to us from almost anywhere in the Dallas area--without fighting traffic and paying for expensive parking or transportation. Fine restaurants surround us, and there are a variety of shopping and recreational opportunities in our corporate neighborhood.
Our clients
We serve a wide variety of clients and industries, with our primary emphasis
on closely held businesses. Our client base consists mainly of companies
in manufacturing, medical, distribution/wholesale, apparel, real estate,
retail and service. Because we serve closely held businesses, our staff
has the opportunity to work directly with our clients' management. We
believe that client communication is a continuous year-round process.
In effect, we become an integral part our clients' advisory management
team.
Our training commitment
Our commitment to quality service means that we place an emphasis on
continuing education. In addition to the knowledge that is gained through
on-the-job experience, our employees are kept up to date through a variety
of training programs. During your first year of employment at Philip Vogel
& Co. PC you will attend an average of 40 hours of training. We utilize
a combination of internal and outside, national training programs. For
the convenience of our staff, extensive in-house CPE training is offered.
Guidance in the latest technology solutions is also an integral part of our training program.
Community involvement
Our firm participates in and regularly supports a number of civic, service
and community based organizations. Our staff sits on boards, committees
and assists in local fund drives. As a part of our employment team, you
are encouraged to develop an active involvement in your community, charitable/service
organizations and professional organizations such as the Dallas Chapter
of the Texas Society of CPAs.
