With over 20 years with a national accounting firm as a Partner and Director of Tax Operations and owner of his own firm for over five years, Ron has a multifaceted tax background. He has assisted professional organizations, financial institutions, non-profit organizations, large corporations, large family interests, estates, trusts, corporate executives, professionals and closely held companies in tax and financial planning.

Ron's professional credentials include serving the Dallas Chapter of Texas Society of CPAs as a former President and member of the Board of Directors. He was also the former President and member of the Board of Governors of the Dallas Estate Planning Council. In addition, he is a member of the Federal Tax Division of the American Institute of CPAs. He also serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, is a trained mediator and is on the Constructive Enforcement Advisory Committee of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and a Certified Valuation Analyst.

Ron is actively involved in various community organizations including the Anti-Defamation League as its former Chairman, and a member of the Executive Committee of its Board of Directors. He was also Treasurer and Secretary of the Jewish Community Center of Dallas. He has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of The Foundation of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas. Ron is a frequent speaker for professional and civic groups.
