Our Location
Our office location was selected so employees and clients can easily access us from almost anywhere in the Dallas area--without fighting traffic and paying for expensive parking or transportation. Fine restaurants surround us, and there are a variety of shopping and recreational opportunities in our corporate neighborhood.
Our Clients
We serve a wide variety of clients and industries, with our primary emphasis on closely held businesses. Our client base consists mainly of companies in manufacturing, medical, legal, distribution/wholesale, apparel, real estate, retail and service. Because we serve closely held businesses, our staff has the opportunity to work directly with our clients' management. We believe that client communication is a continuous year-round process. In effect, we become an integral part our clients' advisory management team. However, we also provide services to public companies. This enables our staff to develop the technical skills needed for such work and exposes them to unique and challenging service opportunities.
Our Training Commitment
Our commitment to quality service means that we place an emphasis on continuing education. In addition to the knowledge that is gained through on-the-job experience, our employees are kept up to date through a variety of training programs. During your first year of employment at Philip Vogel & Co. PC you will attend at least 40 hours of training. We utilize a combination of internal and external training programs. For the convenience of our staff, extensive in-house CPE training is offered. Guidance in the latest technology solutions is also an integral part of our training program.
Other Resources and Opportunities
PVC is a member of CPA Associates International, Inc. (CPAAI), an association of over 150 worldwide members, which includes North American members as well as international members. Through our many contacts, we can draw on the valuable services of our association as well as the individual or combined talents and expertise of member firms. This association allows professionals from member firm to obtain practice experience in other countries and, at the same time, help fellow members during peak seasons.
Our Community Involvement
Our firm participates in and regularly supports a number of civic, service and community based organizations. Our staff sit on boards, committees and assist in local fund drives. As a part of our employment team, you are encouraged to develop an active involvement in your community, charitable/service organizations and professional organizations such as the Dallas CPA Society.
