Experience	Marty has more than 35 years of professional experience providing audit and tax services to privately held companies.  He started his career with five years in the audit department of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.  He was a partner with Lasky Hawbaker & Company for over 20 years prior to merging that firm with PVC in 2007.  He has served clients in real estate investment, construction, manufacturing, factoring, professional associations, wholesale and distribution businesses.  He assists clients with income tax planning, business structure, compensation and deferred compensation planning and business sales and acquisitions.
