Experience	Howard began his career with the State Securities Board.  After serving in the US Air Force, Howard joined a national CPA firm where he was promoted to Tax Supervisor.  He owned a local CPA firm prior to merging with PVC in 1985.  With experience in all phases of accounting and tax, Howard serves clients of various sizes and industries.  He has worked closely with several professional organizations.
